Starting next Fall and for four years, this project will provide substantial funding to the open source computational mathematics ecosystem, and in particular popular tools such as LinBox, MPIR, Sagemath, GAP, PariGP, LMFDB, Singular, and the IPython/Jupyter interactive computing environment (more information).
