SWiM – Download

SWiM is distributed under the GNU General Public License; it comes without warranties. See the COPYING file in the distribution for further information.

System requirements

The following software is needed to run SWiM:

Java ≥ 1.5
Tomcat ≥ 5.5.12
PostgreSQL 7.4 (8.3 recommended)
on the client: a recent Firefox (Version 3 beta highly recommended because of the improved MathML support) or other Mozilla-compatible browser. Other browsers work, too, but are not fully supported.

Installation Instructions

Download the latest version of SWiM, unpack it, and drop the SWiM.war file into the webapps directory of your Tomcat installation.

Developers can check out the most recent sources of SWiM from the Subversion repository using the following command:

locutor co https://svn.salzburgresearch.at/svn/kiwi/IkeWiki/branches/SWiM/trunk SWiM

Any other Subversion client will work as well, but locutor is recommended.

SWiM 0.2 (based on IkeWiki 2.0rc7; February 2008): source tar.gz, source zip
